Hotel Confirmation Numbers
Please contact the hotel directly to obtain the hotel confirmation number for your reservation after January 29, 2010.
Failure to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy on your confirmation or to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a first night's room and tax penalty charged by the hotel to the credit card provided. Under no circumstances will AGG1 be responsible for refunding a processing fee for a cancelled reservation nor will AGG1 be responsible for any damages from failure to cancel a reservation or check-in on your scheduled arrival date.
Shuttle Information
Please note that shuttle service is provided to the Convention Center from Covington, KY Hotels only (Feb. 16-18).
