We are happy to provide a variety of pre-show and onsite services to news media. With a media badge, you'll be granted access to all media services. In addition, our newsroom allows for members of the media access to work areas and exhibitor press kits.
Media badge registration is open with attendee registration.
Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits in print or electronic forms to the show newsroom. Exhibitors are responsible for kit shipment/storage, as the newsroom does not have sufficient space for this purpose. Kits are displayed in the newsroom alphabetically by company name.
Exhibitors will be allowed access to the newsroom for the purpose of supplying press kits, messages for editors, or if an editor has scheduled an interview with them. Exhibitors interested in holding a news conference during the show, or a news event at their booth, should contact Pat Monroe (email@example.com) with Show Management to verify room availability and to be added to a master calendar for media. Please check the Promote Your Exhibit page and the Exhibitor Services Manual for additional show preparation and promotional information.

The Advertising Tradeout Program provides our eligible asphalt industry publication partners with opportunities such as exhibit space, onsite distribution bins, or a special listing on the official show website, in exchange for advertising space.
